BSA/SQ
Swimming Queensland and
Brisbane Swimming Association provide swim meets throughout
the year which all swimmers from affiliated clubs can
attend. These swim meets give every child an opportunity to
swim for their club. The children must be registered with
the associations as competitive members of the Wilston
Swimming Club. Swimming in these events can be very
rewarding. It gives the children an opportunity to race in
a 50m race, to improve their times in a race situation,
while providing points for their club in the competition
ladder. You do not have to be a winner to receive these
points. The carnivals listed below are only the major
events; there are many other meets throughout the year to
attend so regularly check the web page and the notice
board.
