Club Captain Criteria:
1. Must
be a Club Member.
2. Maintain
the goodwill of the club and members of all times.
3. Promote
the club to the school and community.
4. Attend
Friday Swim Club AND carnivals
5. Assist
officials during Friday Swim Club and carnivals
(setup/announcements/cleanup etc.)
6. Assist
and encourage younger swimmers (especially 12.5m swimmers)
during swim club nights and carnivals
(relays/marshalling/etc.)
7. Attend
squad training with the club regularly.
8. Responsible
for speeches (thanks/acceptance/etc.) at both carnivals and
end of season trophy night.
9. Wear
club apparel.
By adhering to the
above, our captains are a role model for ALL younger
swimmers.
