Junior Squad
Competition preparation
with swim club in mind.
Be able to complete 50m in
all 4 strokes and cover at least 1.5km per session.
Dive and tumble turn
efficiently. If unsure of level happy to give a trial.

Senior Squad
Must be able to cover at
least 2.5 to 4 km in distance.
Looking to take their
swimming/ triathlon to the next level.
Based at under 18 years of
age and older than 10 years of age.
Mornings and nights best
to try at least 2-3 sessions a week for maximum progression.

Adult
Squad
8 sessions a week
including 2 nights.
Main squad covers between
2-3.5km depending on ability.
Mornings a little longer
at 1hr 30 mins. Night session 1hr duration.
Any level welcome , happy
to help out even beginners!!!!
